15 Handstand push-ups
155 pound Squat clean, 20 reps
Run 550 meters

  1. Strength: Back Box Squats 13" blue bands - 180(5), 190(3), 190(2), 200(2), 200(3) I need to use the lighter bands when I do higher reps.
