Complete as many rounds in 12 minutes as you can of:
185 pound Front squat, 5 reps
10 Chest to bar Pull-ups
20 Double-unders

Scale appropriately.

  2. I felt a little better today, but my hips and hammies are done after self imposed box squats and squat cleans on Monday, thrusters yesterday, and front squats today. I won't be able to workout tomorrow so I'm going to shift WODs to Friday and Saturday. Today's was a good one.

    As Rx'd 5 rounds.

  3. I had to scale down to 155 lbs on the front squat. How is it that my max front squat is only a few pounds more than my max overhead press? One the plus side, my double-unders were better today than they have been recently.

  4. Was hammering through the WOD RX'd, but the Chest to Bar really slowed me down. Had to go to regular kipping for rounds 4 and 5.
