Since it was raining pretty hard today we pushed this one off until tomorrow. Instead we did 7 rounds of 35 double unders and 1 snatch. Post time and total weight successfully snatched.
ReplyDeleteIf you can only do 1-2 double unders at a time, cut the number to 18. If you can't do any double unders at all, do 165 singles focusing on jumping with a straight body and spinning the rope with your wrists. If you have never done snatches before, do 5 per round at a light weight focusing on correct form.
What a bizarre workout. But definitely hard work.
