  1. Hello from Alabama!

I did the advanced "Murphette", but, I did banded pull ups (is this ok)? Time was a laughable 42 minutes.

split the strength piece into 10 rounds of 5 pullups, 10 pushups, 15 squats

Next time I think I will do 5 rounds of 10 pullups, 10 pushups, 15 squats, 10 pushups, 15 squats.

  3. Victoria,
Can't wait to have you back. Congrats on doing this alone. Thats really hard. Did you do it in order? This workout is a little different from the usual. You don't have to complete all of your pull-ups before moving onto your pushups. Breaking it into the required number of rounds at a manageable rep scheme would have helped your time. But at least now you should easily be able to beat this time after the baby :) Our group ranged from 25 to 37 minutes.
