  1. I did the sumo deadlift with red bands. I went too heavy too fast. The bands take more out of you than you think they would.
    235(5), 275(5), 305(3), 325(3), and I failed on all the singles.

    500m Row. I think using the new ergs makes a difference. Their parts aren't oxidized yet.

    1:28.9!!! A PR by 1.1 sec
