    WOD: Yes I did 135, but that wasn't the issue. I was stupid enough to do squat cleans. Ouch.

  3. Today is my rest day; I'm still trying to figure out how to combine this workout with the WOD tomorrow and the CFE 3x 1 km repeats that I'm planning to do in the morning. Rock on!
