Ummm, rest day?

Twice in one week. I need to get with it.

    2 x Muscle ups
    4 x HSPU
    8 x 2 Pood KB swings

    8 rounds + 1 muscle up

  2. For the record, I would like to point out that Matt did the WORKOUT "Nate."

    I did yesterday's CF main site WOD:
    Five rounds of:
    5 Dumbbell deadlifts
    5 Dumbbell hang cleans
    5 Dumbbell push presses
    5 Dumbbell squats
    Increase the load each round. Rest as necessary between rounds

    45, 50, 55 (fail), 55 (fail), 50

    I did not expect this WOD to suck as bad as it did. I finished both of the 55 lbs rounds, but I failed to complete the rounds unbroken.

    10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 reps for time of:
    95lb Jerks
    Burpee-Knees 2 Elbows
