400m sprint
30 situps
30 back extensions
Use the bleachers for a modified GHD situp and back extension. Have fun, enjoy the outdoors and I'll see you guys on Monday.

I can't hold a false grip with my new rings though, so i didn't get full extension at the bottom.
Plus about 20 minutes mixed flexibilty and handstand work
