30 seconds plank hold
5 Pass-throughs
10 Squat Jumps
5 Skin the Cats (we may have to forgo this one at 1145 depending on how many peeps show up, or we do them on bars..)
Gymnastics programming day:
3 rounds for time:
10 Burpee Pull-ups
20 Pushups
30 Abmat situps
40 Toes to Wall squats
