  1. I couldn't go until after school today.

    Upper body strength: Floor Press - 185(5), 195(3), 205(3), 215(2), 225(1), 235(1)PR by 20lbs.

    My 400m is out the front staying left on the sidewalk to where the sidewalk changes color just past the hydrant and back. The biggest problem with this route is the running around inside the gym area. It is hard to take some of those turns at speed.

    Practicing running as a skill is paying off. I beat my old time by 45 seconds.
