Scale the weight on the bench press. Use a weight that you can get at least 6-8 reps with.
Regular or assisted Pull-ups acceptable

ReplyDeleteBench 3,4,3,3,3 at 95# Yep thats right ladies. Today my body weight was a measly 95#. :) Eventually I will be able to push my full 130lb body weight. But that day is not today.
Ask Julie what she got. She totally rocked the pull ups.
