*day 24: Burpee Challenge*

today is a running WOD so we're going to meet at Stoneman Field, it is a track just inside McNair Gate. Also, try to bring your own watch/stopwatch, so you can keep track of your times.

Run 1600 meters
Rest 3 minutes
Run 1200 meters
Rest 2 minutes
Run 800 meters
Rest 1 minute
Run 400 meters

there are none, just run.
