95/55 pound Push press, 12 reps
9 Toes-to-bar
BEGINNERS
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
15 Box jumps- choose height
Push press, 12 reps-choose weight
9 Toes-to-bar (hanging leg raises)
