We will break into two groups.  Half of you will do "Jerry" on Tuesday and the clean & jerks on Wednesday.  The other half will do clean and jerks Tuesday and "Jerry" on Wednesday.  Remember you make the greatest improvement to your fitness level when you work on your weaknesses.
