moderate weight (around 60-70% of 1RM)


INTERMEDIATE

60 seconds of wall balls-choose weight
30 seconds of double-unders
30 seconds of squats
30 seconds of pushups-choose height
30 seconds of double-unders
Sub tuck jumps if unable to do double-unders


BEGINNERS
3 rounds of 
60 seconds of wall balls-choose weight
30 seconds of double-unders
