INTERMEDIATE

15 Handstand push-ups  or 25 HSPU progressions
35 Toes-to-bar
Run 800 meters
75/55 pound Push press, 50 reps
100 Double-unders
BEGINNERS
For time:
15 Handstand push-up progressions
25 Toes-to-bar (Sub hanging knee raise)
Run 400 meters
15-25 pound Push press, 35 reps
50 Double-unders (Sub tuck jumps )

  1. Megan- Subbed 75 sec of handstand hold for the HSPU (30sec per 10 HSPU) due to a shoulder issue, 45# push press

    Did another 150 double-unders after finishing the WOD. Got 47 in a row. I think thats a new PR.
