For today, your score will be the grand total of all reps preformed in all sets of all movements
BEGINNERS
Cut the work in half! So 4 intervals instead of 8. Still only rest one minute between movements.
Substitutions:
Pull ups- Banded pull-ups
Push ups- Box or wall push ups (Not knee push ups)
Squats- EVERYONE NEEDS TO SQUAT!
