85# Thrusters - Woot woot!!! This workout may have taken me 17:12 and I was doing muscle up progressions and I had a lot of failed thrusters BUT I did 18 good thrusters with 85 pounds. Thats a lot of weight for me to lift overhead. I must say I am kinda proud of myself. :) Thanks for pushing me guys.
