Muscle-Up

Women - 115

Advanced:
Three rounds, 9-6-and 3 reps, for time of:
155 pound barbell Thrusters
Muscle-Up

Women - 105

Intermediate:
Three rounds, 9-6-and 3 reps, for time of:
115-135 pound barbell Thrusters
Muscle-Up (Seated or Jumping okay)

Women - 70-85

Beginners:
Three rounds, 9-6-and 3 reps, for time of:
15-25 pound barbell Thrusters
Muscle-Up (Squat muscle up)

  1. 85# Thrusters - Woot woot!!! This workout may have taken me 17:12 and I was doing muscle up progressions and I had a lot of failed thrusters BUT I did 18 good thrusters with 85 pounds. Thats a lot of weight for me to lift overhead. I must say I am kinda proud of myself. :) Thanks for pushing me guys.
