Women-65#

Beginners:
Three rounds for time of:
Row 250 meters
10-35 pound Front squat, 10 reps
15 Sit-ups
20 Box jumps, 12-15 inch box

  1. My time 29:12 I think. It feel like I could have done better. I did the squats at 145. To many warm up reps. Oh well.. It was a smoker.

  2. Some solid work went down at lunch. I think Rob came in around 22 minutes or so, Suzanna and Kristy around 27 and I can't for the life of me remember when Shannon finished. Everybody looked wrecked though.
