BEGINNER
Complete three rounds for time of:
25-35 pound Squat clean, 20 reps
20 Pull-ups (Assisted, or beginner okay)
Run 400 meters

    41:05 I didn't do the last round of squat cleans because I had to get home to the bug guy and honestly I was just pooped :)
