TUESDAY-5JUN2012

Team WOD
In teams of 3, rotate twice through the following 5 Stations with a 100m run between.
     #1 Deadlift 135/95# and Pushups
     #2 Pushpress 75/55# and Plyo lunges
     #3 Kettlebells 53/35# and Burpees
     #4 Wallballs 20/12# and Pullups
     #5 Box Jumps 24/20" and Dips 
As a team you will run 100m then move directly into station #1 where you will do as many reps as possible of deadlift and pushups.  Only one person can be doing each exercise at a time so two people should be working and 1 is resting.  After 3 minutes teams will run 100m again and then move directly into station #2 where they will do as many reps of push press and plyo lunges as possible.   Again only one person can be performing each movement at a time.  This rotation will continue with every three minutes the team doing a run together and then rotating to the next station.  Teams will rotate through all stations twice.  


BEGINNER
Do as described above but in teams of 4.  You may still only have one person working on each movement at a time so two people will be working and two people will be resting at any one moment. 


No class will be taught on Friday.  Feel free to do the posted WOD on your own or with friends.
