    Had to chuck the MB about 15ft up. The trick was not letting it drop to the ground so.I'd have to pick it back up every time

  2. Change of plans: I was told that everyone would hold me down and pluck out my eyelashes if I made them squat today so instead we did

    My time was 14:41 with only 12 pushups per round
