2 min max reps of wall climbs (both partners work for the full two minutes)
then immediately (w/o restarting timer) complete the following with your partner.  Only one person may be working at a time.
25 pistols alternating legs
35 pull-ups
45 push-ups
55 wallballs 20/12#
65 Deadlift 185/135#
75 Push Jerk 75/55#
85 Abmat sit-ups
95 Double unders

Post number of wall climbs and time to comments.


MEET AT CASTLE FIELD ON TUESDAY.  BRING YOUR JUMPROPE.

  1. 10 climbs plus 29:55. not sure if I was supposed to add the two min of wall climb so the 29 includes the wall climbs

    Also, don't be dumb. Pay attention to the exercises: I did push press instead of jerks...oops

  2. 9 wall climbs, 36:38 total time without partner

    did 11 strict pull-ups and 20# DB push press/jerk with good arm
    Due to necessity of sharing equipment order was wall climbs, pistols, pushups, pull-ups, wall balls, sit-ups, push jerk, deadlift, double unders. Not sure if changing the order affected my time at all.
