How many singles sub for DUs? I did 3 for each so 75 each round. This is my first Kekoa workout since I delivered :)

No singles sub for double unders. You must learn to do them :)
ReplyDeleteI always have the girls at Kekoa sub tuck jumps if they can't do double unders. I have heard coaches at other gyms say both 3:1 and 5:1. You just have to start practicing them though or you won't ever get them.
