Choose your own adventure WOD
Complete 600 reps in any order, 
any combination of the following movements
lunges, squats, 20" box jumps, 
pull-ups, toes-to-bar, knees-to-elbows, 
push-ups, sit-ups, dips, 
HSPU, burpees, back extensions


INTERMEDIATE
Complete 450 reps


BEGINNER
Complete 300 reps

  1. 22:36 I had no plan other than to keep moving at all times. As soon as I hit the spot where I felt like I needed a break I switched to a new movement. I lunged anywhere I went and I used sit-ups as a break if I needed to catch my breath. Also due to my shoulder injury I only did squats, lunges, box jumps, sit-ups and back extensions.
