following the rep scheme 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18….


So do 3 Thrusters, 3 C2B then 6 and 6, then 9 and 9…Post your total number of reps performed under "people doing work"

    Finished round of 15 + 3 Thrusters = 93 Reps

  2. You can compare your score to the world's top rankings here http://games.crossfit.com/leaderboard. Look at the individual women's division and sort by week 5. The top women's score was 173 reps. That means she finished the round of 21 and did 5 more thrusters.
