  2. 25:43 as Rx. This was a major accomplishment for me. I did the 100 pull-ups in under 10 minutes, and the 100 pushups in around 9 minutes. I have been so happy with my results the last two days-not sure if its because I've avoided gluten for the last two weeks or I've just been super motivated. EIther way, I'm happy :)
