  3. No. I do my workouts on post with Jill in the mornings. I just teach at our gym and I workout there when Jill is out of town.

  4. I wish I could work out with you and Jill. I miss you guys. I miss working out too. I'm still not using my right arm for just about anything :( Its getting really old. Even when I modify WODs to something I can do (like a one armed DB push press) they just don't smoke you as bad. I feel like for months my workouts have been easier and thus faster than everyone else. Today I'm going to do your 12 min AMRAP strict pull-ups, Pistols, GHD.

  5. Goodnight that broke me! 27:10 The squat cleans were done in sets of 4 and 5 with BIG gaps between sets...oh, and OHS was 120 :(
