    30# DB for one-armed hang cleans and shoulder to overhead
    5 rounds + 1 deadlift

    Most people got 5 rounds plus a few reps.

  2. Rx 3 rounds + 7 DL + 7 HC + 7 FS + 2 SO (should scale down on weight) bumer but still felt the workout

  3. This isn't a bad score Rob. I did 85# on 1/2 the exercises but the other girls did 65# and got 5 rounds. So almost 4 rounds at Rx weight is actually pretty good.
