EMOM (Every Minute on the Minute) do 15 squats until you finish your 1 mile run
ADVANCED
EMOM do 12 squats
INTERMEDIATE
EMOM do 10 squats
BEGINNER
EMOM do 8 squats
Meet at the 1/2 Mile Track (aka Castle Field)

The faster you squat, the faster and farther you run every leg the less total squats you will have to do over the course of this workout. How's that for motivation to really push yourself :)

This was both harder and easier than I expected. Definitely a neat one to do because it tests your mental fortitude, cardio respiratory endurance, and muscle endurance all at the same time.
15 squats EMOM -15:57 phew that was a challenge, but I'm happy to work on my run. Thanks Megan!
