Fresh Hands

10 rounds for time of:
Sprint 100 meters
10 Pull-ups
Sprint 100 meters
10 Burpees
Rest 30 seconds
Hurting Hands or I want to save my hands for muscle-ups later this week :)
Four rounds for time of:
Row 500 meters
Rest 3 minutes between each round.
Post the time for each round.
