Three rounds for time of:
12 Muscle-ups
75 Squats

INTERMEDIATE
12 Muscle up progressions-from toes(see video below)
75 squats

BEGINNER
20 jumping pull-ups
15 dips-off the back of a bench
50 squats

The muscle up progression is taught and demonstrated in the second half of this short video.
