    after this workout Andrea and I stayed and played around with butterfly kipping pullups and double unders. We both were about to get our butterfly pullups today!! Andrea connected 5 and I got up to 4!!!! I also was able to connect my double unders for the first time ever and I did 15 in a row!!!!
