TUESDAY-11SEP2012

4 Rounds at 3 min per round
Every Round do 21 squat snatches at 75/45# 
then do as many double unders as possible in remaining time
**EVERYONE DOES DOUBLE UNDERS TODAY!  You will only get better if you work at them and the good news is today you will be saved by the bell if you don't get any :)

INTERMEDIATE
4 Rounds at 3 min per round
Every Round do 21 squat snatches-choose weight
then do as many double unders as possible in remaining time

BEGINNER
4 Rounds at 3 min per round
Every Round do 21 squat snatches with PVC pipe
then do as many double unders as possible in remaining time

  1. Well this was a programming failure on my part. Apparently we need a lot more work on snatches before we are ready to do them as quickly as necessary for this WOD. This turned into 12 Min of as many squat snatches as possible. Oops. I think I would modify it to 12 squat snatches instead. Ideally you would like about a minute of DU work per round. Anyway, sorry and thanks for sticking with it.

    Round 1-33 DU
    Round 2- FInished snatches with 10 sec to spare and rested instead of DUing
    Round 3-FInished snatches with 5 sec to spare, no DU
    Round 4-Only finished 16 squat snatches, no DU
