    Today we really focused on keeping the pushpress a push PRESS not jerk. Also, I think this easily could have been a 20 min AMRAP instead of 12 min if done again in the future. This week the shorter workout was a much needed rest though

  2. I agree! 20 minutes would have been perfect! I felt pretty good today though, finished 5 rounds plus 7 push press @ 80 and 2 pistols.
