Choose your own adventure WOD
Complete 600 reps in any order, 
any combination of the following movements
lunges, squats, 20" box jumps, 
pull-ups, toes-to-bar, knees-to-elbows, 
push-ups, sit-ups, dips, 
HSPU, burpees, back extensions

INTERMEDIATE
Complete 450 reps

BEGINNER
Complete 300 reps

  1. Last done 30APR2012. My notes from that day...
    22:36 I had no plan other than to keep moving at all times. As soon as I hit the spot where I felt like I needed a break I switched to a new movement. I lunged anywhere I went and I used sit-ups as a break if I needed to catch my breath. Also due to my shoulder injury I only did squats, lunges, box jumps, sit-ups and back extensions.

  2. 19:05 Started with 40 box jumps and then did rounds of approximately 30 sit-ups, 10 pushups, and 25 back extensions with lunges for all my transitions. There were a few squats mixed in there but not many. Again, the goal was DONT STOP MOVING!

  3. 19:11 Only did 20 pushups and then the rest consisted of dips, squats, sit-ups, back extensions and in between each exercise I did lunges to get to my next spot! Great idea on the lunges, thanks Megan!
