  1. This workout was last done March 6th. Compare your score to that date.

    Today 9 rounds + 5 Deadlift
    March 8 rounds + 8 deadlift. That means I improved my score by 32 reps, almost a full round. The neat thing is I can remember doing this one last time and I was TOTALLY gassed. I was fighting for every possible rep. This time was much smoother and easier. I just need to strengthen my pushups so I can go faster there.
