LUNGES. This means that the bar will not
touch the ground for the entire 7 min WOD.

As RX 5 rounds and 5 lunges. Put the bar down four times and paid the penalty before picking it back up. The weight catches up to you quick on both moves. It was way harder to breathe than I expected it to be.
