  2. What did you use to assist your pullups? What did you use as the handstand pushup progression? Be specific. There is a big difference between doing HSPU with 3 abmats or with 1 abmat or off the tallest box or just on the floor pulling your head through and yet they are all considered progressions. To be able to accurately gauge your growth you need to keep track of exactly what you did.
