    Used an 8lb vest with extra plates added to get the desired weight. Much easier method than last time :)

    I started with dumbells and also used the plates with the belt.... Then Megan showed up with the vest and that was a million times easier!! Thanks Megan :)

  3. I didn't do this workout, I just did the WOD: 18 assisted pullups 18 handstand pushup progressions, 15 and 15, 12 and 12, 9 and 9, 6 and 6, 3 and 3 for time...11:33
