BEGINNER

35 pound Push press, 20 seconds
Rest 10 seconds
Alternating lunge, 20 seconds
Rest 10 seconds

  3. Ummm, I probably shouldn't say this..but...well...I take them from the other room and just make sure to return them. We haven't had anyone say anything to us yet.
