This was specifically designed as a workout that you could bring your husband to even if he doesn't typically come to Crossfit. I hear working out together is really good for your marriage :)
ReplyDeleteI underestimated this WOD. We made a few modifications to make it more manageable. Everyone did 2 rounds instead of 3. Also, if it was 2 females partnering together they only had to do 35 Pushups and pull-ups. If it was 2 males they had to do 70 pushups and 70 pull-ups.
