THURSDAY-15NOV2012

Run 1 mile for time
EMOM (Every Minute on the Minute) do 15 squats until you finish your 1 mile run

ADVANCED
Run 1 mile for time 
EMOM do 12 squats

INTERMEDIATE
Run 1 mile for time
EMOM do 10 squats

BEGINNER
Run 1 mile for time
EMOM do 7 squats
MEET AT CASTLE FIELD!

  1. The faster you squat, and the faster and farther you run every leg, the less total squats you will have to do over the course of this workout. How's that for motivation to really push yourself :)

    This was last done 8MAY2012.

    Make sure to start with squats when you start the timer. You can only run AFTER finishing the squats.
