“Murph”
For time:
1 mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
1 mile Run
Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats however needed. Start and finish with the runs. If you’ve got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.

INTERMEDIATE
"Murphette"
For time: 
1/2 mile Run 
50 Pull-ups 
100 Push-ups 
150 Squats 
1/2 mile Run

BEGINNER
For Time: 
1/2 mile Run 
35 Pull-ups (or banded) 
70 Push-ups-choose height
120 Squats 
1/2 mile Run

  1. 24:40ish. Give or take 20 sec. I accidentally hit stop when I started my last 1/2 mile run instead of hitting split. It was 20:02 min when I started the run. The first 1/2 mile was done in 4:00.
